From release notes and user guides to datasheets, videos, internal and external communications, newsletters, onboarding and training materials, developer documentation, knowledge articles, and advisory bulletins—name it, and I’ve probably written it. I’ve tackled projects of all sizes, from small-scale tasks to large, complex initiatives, always bringing my best to the table, whether I’m editing, strategizing, or creating new content from scratch.

One of my favorite aspects of the job is diving deep into the documentation with a beginner’s mindset. In 2021, I was promoted to Program Manager, and I thrived in the leadership and process improvement aspects of the role. I’m eager to leverage those skills in my next position and continue making a meaningful impact through my writing and management.

In 2022, I reignited my passion for technical writing, stepping into the exciting world of AI as a writer for Veritone. There, I had the opportunity to shape the future of content creation in the AI landscape. Building on that momentum, I rejoined Salesforce as the lead writer on the groundbreaking Commerce Agentforce generative AI features. This role allowed me to blend my technical expertise with cutting-edge innovation, ensuring that users have the best possible experience with this revolutionary technology.
